Adam Hall
Pastor Adam, Atalie, and Wyatt were called to Sugar Ridge Baptist Church in November of 2018. After serving as missionaries in Thailand and in various stateside ministries, the Lord led them to North Ridgeville, Ohio. Adam graduated from Liberty University with his Master of Divinity in the spring of 2023. His wife, Atalie, has a Bachelor in English with a minor in Church Music. In November of 2023, Griffin Hall was born, a little replica of his big brother.
Adam enjoys listening to sermons and podcasts, specifically the works of many great Reformed theologians including John MacArthur, R.C. Sproul, Al Mohler, and John Piper. His hobbies include fishing, blacksmithing and jiu-jitsu. Atalie works as the church administrative assistant, and enjoys cake decorating, baking bread and pastries, playing piano, and a good hot cup of coffee. Their son Wyatt also does jiu-jitsu, and enjoys Legos and video games. Griffin is happiest when getting cuddles from all the people who love him.

Tim Adkins
Pastor Tim and Christy joined Sugar Ridge Baptist Church in December of 2018. Since then, they have faithfully served in various ministries: teaching Life Groups, leading Children’s Church, helping with VBS and Harvest Fest, and always making sure things get done behind the scenes. Prior to joining SRBC, Pastor Tim pastored a local church in the community for 11 years. They have 4 sons—Josh, Zack, Christian, and Carter.
Tim graduated with a degree from Moody Bible Institute and is an avid reader. Christy currently works in home care and has years of experience working with Seniors as an Activities Director. They enjoy family get-togethers and travelling.
Pastor
Ernie Ross
Pastor Ernie and Kathy joined Sugar Ridge Baptist Church in December of 2018. Pastor Ernie has been teaching our Senior Saints Life Group since 2019. He and Kathy prayerfully minister to their class each week and seek to encourage our younger members. In their early years, Pastor Ernie and Kathy served through missions, evangelism, and pastoring. Pastor Ernie has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Pastoral Ministries.
They have three children and seven grandchildren. When he is not pouring over Bible lessons or sermons, Ernie enjoys reading, biking, and fishing. Kathy enjoys cooking and spending time with her beautiful grandkids. They both love hiking and just enjoying the great outdoors.
